The Lulu IT Twin Towers, South India’s largest IT infrastructure, was inaugurated by Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, marking a major milestone in the state’s tech ambitions. With 30 lakh sq. ft. built-up area, it’s set to generate 30,000 jobs and boost reverse migration and global tech presence in Kochi.
Constructed at a cost of ₹1500 crore, the project offers 25 lakh sq. ft. of office space for IT firms out of the total 35 lakh sq. ft. built-up area. The towers rise 152 meters high with 30 floors each, spanning 12.74 acres, and are expected to employ over 30,000 IT professionals.
“Lulu’s investment strengthens Kerala’s position in the global IT landscape and accelerates reverse migration,” said CM Pinarayi Vijayan.
