Sunrise Hospital, Kakkanad has launched ‘Sunrise Haven,’ a specialised unit ensuring complete maternal and newborn care from pregnancy through essential early immunisations.
Kochi: As part of efforts to ensure hassle-free childbirth and neonatal care, a special care unit named “Sunrise Haven” has been launched at Sunrise Hospital, Kakkanad. The facility is designed to provide comprehensive care for mothers and newborns, from pregnancy through the administration of essential immunisations required within the first three months of the infant’s life.
The inauguration of Sunrise Haven was jointly carried out by film personalities and couple Rahul Ramachandran and Sreevidhya Mullachery. Sunrise Hospital Managing Director Parveen Hafeez presided over the function.
Speakers at the event included Dr. Sonia Farhan, Dr. Aby K. Koshi, Dr. Sumi Peter Maria, Dr. Shemini Saleem, Dr. Shobha Prabhakaran, Dr. Rajeev Jayadevan, and film actor Appani Sarath, along with Reshma Sarath and B. Rahmath.
