KOCHI: Indian smartphone brand AI Plus has significantly strengthened its customer service network in South India with the launch of over 100 new authorized service centers. The brand currently operates 106 service centers across 74 cities in eight states and union territories. This strategic expansion is designed to enhance service accessibility and elevate user support across key southern markets, including Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.
The initiative aims to deliver faster, more reliable after-sales support to customers while ensuring seamless spare parts availability and maintaining high-quality technical assistance. To further solidify its market presence in South India, AI Plus announced plans to continuously expand its service infrastructure in the coming months.
