New Leadership Team of IIA Kerala Chapter to Assume Office on September 19

KOCHI : The Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) Kerala Chapter has announced its new executive leadership team for the 2026–2028 tenure, set to officially assume office on September 19, 2026. Architect Monolita Chatterjee has been elected as Chairperson, with Ar. Sudheesh Sudharman taking charge as Vice Chairperson and Ar. Shintu G George as Honorary Treasurer, alongside Ar. Sajo Joseph and Ar. Shariga R as Joint Honorary Secretaries. The installation ceremony will be held following the general body meeting at Hotel Monsoon Empress in Palarivattom, featuring Tourism Minister P C Vishnunath as Chief Guest alongside IIA National Council President Ar. Jitendra Mehta. Marking the transition, the chapter will also host ‘Kalari 3.0’, a two-day leadership camp on September 18 and 19 themed ‘Train Together, Plan Together, Lead Together’, aimed at fostering state-wide architectural synergy and establishing a unified Leadership Network across 10 regional centers.
