Bhavan’s Munshi Vidyashram, Tripunithura, has begun a year-long celebration commemorating 25 years of excellence in education. The Silver Jubilee was inaugurated by Jagadeesh Lakhani, Executive Secretary and Director General of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai, at the Leelavati Munshi Auditorium.
Kochi : Bhavan’s Munshi Vidyashram, Tripunithura, under the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Kochi Kendra, has entered its 25th year in the field of education and commenced year-long Silver Jubilee celebrations with a grand inaugural ceremony held at the Leelavati Munshi Auditorium on the school campus.
The event was inaugurated by Jagadeesh Lakhani, Executive Secretary and Director General of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai, who also released the official Silver Jubilee logo. In his inaugural address, he emphasized that the ideals of Munshiji (K.M. Munshi) have been the guiding light in the school’s growth and expressed hope for continued progress.
Participating in the event, Piravom MLA Anoop Jacob remarked that 25 years is a significant milestone, and wished for the school’s future journey to be one of advancement and excellence.
Notable attendees included C.A. Venugopal C Govind (Chairman, Bhavan’s Kochi Kendra), E. Ramankutty (Director), K. Suresh (Deputy Director), Dr. P. Sreekumar (one of the founding leaders), Rama Santhosh (Municipal Chairperson), and K.V. Saju (Tripunithura Ward Councillor).
Principal Latha S delivered the welcome address and Vice Principal Ramya Das offered the vote of thanks, marking the beginning of a memorable year of celebration for the institution.
