The Government Homeopathic Medical College, Kozhikode, celebrated its Golden Jubilee with a grand event, inaugurating a welcome committee office and a newly upgraded website.
Kozhikode: As part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the Government Homeopathic Medical College, Kozhikode, the inauguration of the “Aloka” event, the welcome committee office, and the college’s revamped website took place on February 1, 2025, at 12 PM. The event was inaugurated by Kozhikode Municipal Corporation Deputy Mayor, Mr. C.P. Musafar Ahmed. In his inaugural speech, he emphasized that the Government Homeopathic Medical College, which serves thousands of patients from Kozhikode and nearby districts, aims to become a center of excellence in healthcare.
The event was presided over by Dr. P. Krishnan, Vice Chairman of “Aloka” and the Principal of the college. The welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Sanil Kumar M.C., the convener of “Aloka.” A certificate of appreciation for the website revamp was presented to Keltron, which was received by Senior Engineer Mrs. Jisha R. on behalf of the institution.
Hospital Superintendent Dr. Ritesh B., former faculty member and first-batch student of the college Dr. Vijayan, College Union Chairperson Amalda Antony, and alumni representative Dr. Jayashree extended their best wishes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal Dr. Nimmi Mol.
