Kochi: Mahindra has launched a new generation of dealerships and services aimed at improving the customer experience for SUVs. The new initiative focuses on providing a comprehensive experience for electric and ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) SUVs, offering everything from showrooms to service bays. Based on the “Heartcore” design philosophy, these revamped dealerships deliver cutting-edge technology and immersive features to elevate the consumer journey.

The new Mahindra outlets feature state-of-the-art architecture, including the Inglow Electric Origin architecture, and offer advanced technology such as the MAI (Mahindra Automotive Innovation) and Hero features. Customers can enjoy India’s most attractive in-car audio system with Dolby Atmos and a 1400-watt Harman Kardon system, providing a premium sound experience. Additionally, 500 expert professionals will personally interact with customers, offering consultations to ensure the best possible experience with Mahindra SUVs.

The redesigned Mahindra dealerships and service centers go beyond being a space for purchasing vehicles, positioning themselves as hubs that provide a superior customer experience. Bookings for the BE6 and XUV9E models will begin on February 14th, starting at 9 AM at all Mahindra dealerships across the country.
