PolicyBazaar Launches NRI Care Program to Support Parents of Expats

PolicyBazaar’s new NRI Care Program offers 24/7 assistance and emergency services to support expatriates in managing the well-being of their elderly parents in India.

Kochi: PolicyBazaar, in collaboration with insurance companies, has launched the NRI Care Program, aimed at providing support for the aging parents of Indian expatriates. The initiative is designed to assist migrants who struggle to care for their parents while living abroad.

According to PB Fintech Joint Group CEO Sarbeer Singh, this program will provide significant relief to expatriates, offering services such as a 24/7 emergency helpline, concierge services for hospitalization and claims assistance, doctor consultations, ambulance services, and support for both mental and physical well-being.

A key feature of this program is the on-ground claims support service, which ensures assistance within 30 minutes during emergencies. Sarbeer Singh stated that the goal is to offer professional and compassionate care to parents in India without any concerns for expatriates, ensuring their loved ones receive the best attention.
