Kochi: National Skill Academy, Kochi, and Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU), Ahmedabad, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly promote skill development programs across South India, with a special focus on the renewable energy sector.
The MoU was formally exchanged between Dr. S. Sundar Manoharan, Director General of PDEU, and Ms. Ankita Dave, Director of National Skill Academy, in the presence of Dr. M.P. Chandran, President of JG University; Mr. Flemy Abraham, Director, National Skill Academy; and Ms. Sanju Mariyam Saju, Project Head, National Skill Academy.
Also present at the ceremony were Prof. Bhawanisingh Desai, Dean – Research and Development, and Prof. Anirbid Sircar, Director – School of Energy and Technology, PDEU. This collaboration marks a significant step toward advancing vocational training, research, and innovation in the energy and technology sectors in Southern India.
