Celebrates Coimbatore Branch Anniversary

COIMBATORE: Southern Multi-State Co-operative Credit & Multi-Purpose Society Ltd, which operates under the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Cooperation with a significant presence across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, is aggressively expanding its operations in Tamil Nadu. During the first-anniversary celebrations of the Coimbatore branch, Managing Director K. Manoj announced the upcoming launch of new branches this month in Salem, Tiruppur, Erode, Pollachi, and Sulur. He further outlined an ambitious growth plan to increase the total number of branches in Tamil Nadu to 25 and the workforce to 250 employees within this year. Addressing the gathering, Director Grigarin Vadakkan emphasized that the society’s core mission is to contribute to India’s GDP growth by providing comprehensive financial support to young entrepreneurs and women through the cooperative movement. Currently, the organization operates over 100 branches across three states with a workforce exceeding 500 personnel. The anniversary event in Coimbatore was graced by Padma Shri Dr. S. Balakrishnan, who attended as the chief guest.
