The Meta Business Agent is designed to enable businesses to deliver personalized customer experiences. The announcement was made during the third edition of the annual business summit held in Mumbai.
The Meta Business Agent is designed to provide around-the-clock assistance to customers by answering queries, offering product recommendations, booking appointments, and helping finalize sales. Beyond customer interactions, the Meta Business Agent also functions as a partner to business owners.
Arun Srinivas, Managing Director and Country Head of Meta in India, said that this will help businesses leverage AI to strengthen customer relationships, improve efficiency, and drive growth. WhatsApp is also making it easier for users to discover businesses that operate with the support of the Meta Business Agent.
