Thiruvananthapuram: Southern Multi State Cooperative Credit and Multipurpose Society Limited (Southern MCS), a leading non-banking financial institution headquartered in Kochi, has opened its 90th Customer Facilitation Centre at Karamana in Thiruvananthapuram. The centre was inaugurated by renowned film director V. G. Thampi at a function presided over by Managing Director K. Manoj.
V. G. Thampi said that the steady expansion of Customer Facilitation Centres across Kerala reflects the importance the company places on the welfare and convenience of its customers. Managing Director K. Manoj said that Southern MCS operates in strict compliance with the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Cooperation and has a strong presence not only in Kerala but also in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. He added that the company currently has more than 500 trained employees to provide better services to its customers.
Thiruvananthapuram Continuing Education Centre Coordinator T. C. Mercy, Aditya Epin Solar Energy and Symphony Architecture Managing Director Jayachandran Raghavan, Colonel (Retd.) Jayaganesh Krishnankutty, former NSS College Principal Dr. Vattavila Vijayakumar, Southern MCS Head of Sales Shaiju John, Zonal Manager Sunil Kumar and Regional Manager S. Vijayakumar spoke at the function. The authorities also said that State Health Department Minister K. Muraleedharan conveyed his best wishes to the event.
