KOZHIKODE: HiLITE Group has officially handed over Olympus 1, the first tower of its flagship ultra-modern residential project, HiLITE Olympus, located within HiLITE City, Kozhikode. Spanning 7.07 acres, the development features 526 luxury apartments across 33 floors, incorporating sustainable practices and urban forestry. Architecturally designed by Stapati Architects to foster community living, the tower features a single straight passage layout connecting all apartments, alongside access to over 100 amenities and India’s largest terrace recreation space, which spans more than 40,000 sq. ft.
The completion of Olympus 1 follows recent handovers of HiLITE Cypress and HiLITE Patras, as well as the launch of the HiLITE Countryside retail project in Chemmad. Designed under the vision of HiLITE Group Chairman P. Sulaiman, Olympus offers global luxury standards within an integrated ecosystem. Residents benefit from direct access to HiLITE City’s mixed-use infrastructure, including HiLITE Mall, HiLITE Business Park, Palaxi Cinemas, and extensive retail and dining options. Construction is currently underway for Olympus 2, which will add 412 apartments across 32 floors to complete the two-tower master plan.
