₹600 Crore IT Hub ‘HiLITE Cyber Tower’ at Cyberpark Kozhikode
KOZHIKODE: Chief Minister V. D. Satheesan inaugurated the construction of HiLITE Group’s Grade-A commercial complex, ‘HiLITE Cyber Tower’, at Cyberpark, Kozhikode. Built with an investment of ₹600 crore across 2.5 acres with 9 lakh sq. ft. of space, the project is set to generate over 10,000 direct IT jobs. Speaking at the event, the Chief Minister stated that the state government aims to position Kozhikode as a premier IT destination alongside Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, emphasizing full support for initiatives driving innovation and employment.
Designed to accommodate multinational corporations, startups, and R&D centers, the eco-friendly project is scheduled for completion within two years. Minister for Industries, IT, and AI P. K. Kunhalikutty assured complete government support to transform Kozhikode into a major global IT hub. The event was attended by Revenue Minister A. P. Anil Kumar, M. K. Raghavan MP, HiLITE Group Chairman P. Sulaiman, CEO Ajil Mohamed, alongside other dignitaries and public representatives.
