Kochi: Amway India has forayed into the Ayurveda segment with the launch of ‘Nutrilite Ayurveda’, a range comprising nine products. The company aims to develop Nutrilite Ayurveda into a category with a turnover of ₹100 crore within the next two years.
The products use Ayurvedic herbs sourced from Nutricert-certified farms that follow organic cultivation practices. The products are manufactured at Amway’s production facility in Tamil Nadu. In the first phase, three products featuring Kalamegha, Shigru (Moringa) and Vrikshamla (Garcinia) have been introduced. The products are designed to support liver health, healthy body fat management, metabolism and satiety.
The products have been developed by combining Ayurvedic traditions with Nutrilite’s expertise in botanical research. The company said quality is ensured through DNA fingerprinting, active ingredient testing and seed-to-supplement traceability. Priced between ₹449 and ₹651, the products will be available from September 8 through Amway’s authorised distribution channels, Amway stores and Amway.in.
