Kozhikode: Government Cyberpark and Forest Department organised a special programme to mark the State’s Van Mahotsav celebrations. The event was held as part of the week-long Van Mahotsav observance from July 1 to 7.The programme carried the message, “Let’s protect nature for a greener tomorrow,” highlighting the importance of conserving biodiversity and creating awareness about building a sustainable future.R. Keerthi, IFS, Conservator of Forests (North Zone), Social Forestry, Kozhikode, delivered the Van Mahotsav message at the event. Divya K. N., Social Forestry Range Forest Officer, addressed the gathering.As part of the programme, tree saplings were planted across the Cyberpark campus. Cyberpark officials said the organisation is committed not only to advancing modern technology but also to maintaining ecological balance through sustainable initiatives.Several employees from IT companies and leading professionals from the technology sector participated in the event.
