Kochi : ICICI Prudential Life Insurance has launched ‘ICICI Life Partner Stack 2.0,’ a comprehensive digital platform designed to enhance the capabilities of its advisors and distribution partners. The upgraded platform integrates advanced AI-driven tools, including the ‘eQuote App’ and ‘LIVA,’ enabling partners to recommend tailored insurance policies and generate personalized quotes seamlessly. By integrating with national databases such as CKYC and Aadhaar, the platform automates up to 70% of application form fields, significantly simplifying the onboarding and KYC processes. Additionally, Partner Stack 2.0 features flexible payment options, including WhatsApp payments, alongside AI video verification to streamline customer servicing. Chief Distribution Officer Amish Banker highlighted that the initiative aims to simplify the customer journey while empowering partners with robust digital tools. With 99% of its business applications currently processed digitally, ICICI Prudential also recorded an industry-leading claim settlement ratio of 99.3% in Q1 FY2027.
