‘Profit Mastery: Cost to Profit,’ a training program for MSME entrepreneurs, was conducted in Thiruvananthapuram focusing on business, finance, and cost management. The initiative marks the beginning of a series of collaborative training programs to strengthen the MSME ecosystem in Kerala.
Thiruvananthapuram : A business-focused training program titled ‘Profit Mastery: Cost to Profit’ was conducted at Residency Tower, Thiruvananthapuram, to support entrepreneurs from the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. The event aimed to build awareness and skills in cost and financial management for sustainable business growth.
The workshop was inaugurated by V.C. Bindu, Managing Director of Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation Ltd. Prominent attendees included V.S. Sharath, General Manager of the Thiruvananthapuram District Industries Centre; Srinivas Prasad, Vice President of ICMAI; Suresh R. Gunchali, Chairman of the MSME & Startup Promotion Board; and Pranav Jayan, Chairman of ICMAI Thiruvananthapuram Chapter.
Speakers such as P.K. Sreedhar (Director, Travanlio Info Solutions), Vijith P (Practicing Cost Accountant), and Prasanna Kumar S (Management Consultant) addressed key topics related to cost control and effective financial management in business operations.
Organizers stated that this event marks the beginning of a series of training programs jointly conducted by ICMAI, the District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, and the Kerala State Women’s Development Corporation, aiming to support the growth and sustainability of small and medium industries across the state.
