Kochi: Saints & Masters, a global technology advisory and execution firm founded by Malayalis, has launched the ‘ONAM’ (Orchestrated Networks, Applications and Machines) cloud platform for Indian enterprises. The platform aims to provide Indian startups and businesses across industries with international-standard cloud infrastructure while helping them maintain data security and meet regulatory and legal obligations. As part of the initiative, the company has also opened a new development centre at Caspian Tech Park in Infopark Phase II, Kochi. The company said the centre is expected to create 200 jobs.
Equinix, the world’s largest digital infrastructure company, is the data centre partner for ONAM Cloud. Through Equinix’s more than 280 data centres across over 35 countries on six continents, ONAM Cloud can deploy fully controlled cloud regions. The platform also offers secure, direct connectivity to public cloud and SaaS services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.
Founded in Kochi in 2021, Saints & Masters aims to make ONAM Cloud services available to 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in India over the next three years. The move comes at a time when India’s cloud market is witnessing significant growth.

According to figures from international research and advisory firm Gartner, public cloud spending in India is expected to reach $17.5 billion by 2026. ONAM Cloud is built on open standards without proprietary hypervisors or licensing restrictions, giving customers greater freedom and transparency, said Dijeesh Padinjarethil, Senior Cloud Architect at ONAM Cloud.
ONAM Cloud provides a reliable and cost-effective foundation for Indian businesses, said Jayakrishnan G, CEO of Saints & Masters. He said the platform would support India’s digital self-reliance and the objectives of Viksit Bharat 2047. He added that ONAM Cloud could reduce the total cost of ownership by 30% to 40% compared with similar platforms.
At present, ONAM Cloud offers Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), including compute, storage and networking, with complete data residency within India. GPU computing for artificial intelligence and machine learning, along withPlatform-as-a-Service (PaaS), will be introduced in the next phase.
The platform is available in three categories to meet different business requirements: ONAM Public, a sovereign public cloud; ONAM Private, a dedicated private cloud; and ONAM BYOPC, which supports on-premise infrastructure.
