Alappuzha:The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) jointly organized an investor awareness pavilion during the famous Nehru Trophy Boat Race at Punnamada Lake in Alappuzha. Organized in collaboration with various securities market stakeholders, this initiative aims to drive financial literacy and investor protection across the nation.
Drawing an insightful analogy between the teamwork of boat racing and the principles of disciplined investing, the pavilion communicated the importance of informed and secure financial planning to visitors. To engage the diverse crowd, the venue featured various interactive activities and games designed to educate people on key subjects such as investor rights, recognizing and avoiding financial frauds, and smart financial management. By embedding financial awareness into a celebrated cultural sports festival, SEBI and NSE sought to step beyond traditional platforms and build meaningful connections with a broader audience.
