KOTTARAKKARA: Aiming to create sustainable employment pathways for regional youth, Southern Multi-State Co-operative Credit and Multi Purpose Society Ltd. organized a dedicated Job Fair at its Kottarakkara branch office. The recruitment drive was officially inaugurated by Basheer, Palamoodu Ward Councillor of Kottarakkara Municipality. Tailored specifically for career opportunities across the banking, sales, and marketing domains, the job fair invited candidates holding SSLC, Plus Two, ITI, Diploma, and Degree qualifications, offering placements for both entry-level freshers and experienced professionals.
Participating in interactive evaluation rounds that assessed candidate resumes, educational credentials, and professional aptitudes. The event provided job seekers direct access to company leadership and talent managers to explore career trajectories within the co-operative banking sector. Organizers emphasized that the initiative forms part of the Society’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to bridge the gap between regional talent and structured employment.
