LDF and UDF are afraid of facing the electorate by speaking about development issues
Kakkanad: Twenty20 Party president Sabu M. Jacob said at a press conference that UDF leaders’ allegations of an NDA–CPM deal are driven by fear of defeat. He clarified that neither the NDA nor the Twenty20 Party has any understanding with the LDF in Kerala, and added that their only “deal” is with the people.
He further said that both the LDF and UDF are afraid of facing the electorate by speaking about development issues. According to him, the UDF is likely to lose constituencies in Ernakulam district this time, and it is this fear that has led to baseless allegations. Twenty20–NDA Thrikkakara constituency candidate Akhil Marar also attended the press conference.
