Kochi : The 16th National Conference on Cornea and Eye Banking, organized at the national level by the Eye Bank Association of India (EBAI) to promote eye donation, will be held at Kochi IMA House on September 5 and 6. Over 500 expert doctors and researchers from the country’s ophthalmic field will participate in the conference, which will be inaugurated on September 5 at 6:00 PM at Kochi IMA House by Dr. Rajeev Sukumaran, President of the Kerala Society of Ophthalmic Surgeons (KSOS). Dr. Anaha, Dr. Swetha Sukumaran, Padmashri Dr. Tony Fernandes, Dr. Elizabeth K. Joseph, Dr. Namrata Sharma, Dr. Sujata Das, Dr. Rajesh Sinha, Dr. Radha Ramanan, and Dr. Anitha Jabbar will address the event. The conference is jointly organized under the auspices of the Kerala Society of Ophthalmic Surgeons, Chaithanya Eye Hospital and Research Institute, and Anantha Eye Bank.
