Kochi: Leading jewellery group Meralda Jewels is set to open its latest flagship showroom on M.G. Road, Ernakulam, near the Maharaja’s College Stadium Metro Station. Lulu Group Chairman M.A. Yusuff Ali will inaugurate the showroom at 12 noon on Saturday, October 10, 2026. The showroom, which was earlier operating at Iyyatmukku on Chittoor Road, has been relocated to M.G. Road with a larger space, enhanced facilities and an extensive collection of distinctive designer jewellery, said Abdul Jaleel Edathil, Chairman, Meralda Jewels. As part of the inauguration celebrations, the brand is offering a flat 40% discount on gold making charges and 20% off on diamond value until October 18.
Established in 2019, Meralda Jewels has a strong presence across Kerala, Mangaluru, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The new showroom features a wide range of statement jewellery for weddings, antique bridal collections, Polki, uncut diamonds and diamond gemstone collections, along with lightweight ‘Everyday Collection’ jewellery designed for teenagers and working women. Jewellery is available in 18, 14 and 9 carat options, including necklaces weighing from 300 mg onwards. Meralda also offers a 100% bill value return on the exchange of purchased diamond Polki jewellery at a later stage.
The brand plans to expand its operations across markets including India, the GCC and North America. Beyond increasing its retail showroom network, the company aims to establish Meralda as a distinctive jewellery house with a strong identity and enduring brand value through unique designs, superior craftsmanship and reliability, Abdul Jaleel Edathil said.
