Kochi : The Natural Diamond Council has announced its rebranding as ‘The Diamond Collective’ as part of a new global strategy designed to reconnect natural diamonds with contemporary culture, reinforce consumer confidence, and enhance long-term market relevance. Developed under the leadership of new CEO Amber Pepper following six months of extensive consultations with diamond producers, retailers, brands, creatives, and consumers, the revised strategy focuses on key growth drivers.
The initiative includes culturally resonant campaigns, a universal trustmark, enhanced transparency regarding diamond origin and sourcing, strengthened retail-brand partnerships, and strategic investments in AI and digital discovery. To evaluate consumer interest and purchasing intent for natural diamonds, the organization is launching the ‘Diamond Desire Index,’ debuting with baseline metrics across the United States, India, and China. Furthermore, The Diamond Collective is introducing an expanded partnership model that enables industry stakeholders to share expertise, insights, and support while actively participating in joint initiatives for long-term sector growth.
