Guruvayoor : Rae by Tamara, a new hospitality brand under Tamara Leisure Experiences, has officially commenced operations in Guruvayur. The inauguration was jointly performed by Guruvayur Devaswom Board Chairman A. V. Gopinath, Tamara Leisure Experiences Chief Executive Officer M. C. Sameer, Senior Vice President of Operations Manoj Mathew, and Rae by Tamara Guruvayur General Manager Ranjith R. Positioned as India’s first faith-intelligent hospitality brand, Rae offers specialized services designed to complement temple customs, including faith-aligned dining, personalized travel assistance, local guidance via dedicated ‘Mitra’ representatives, and immersive cultural experiences. Chief Executive Officer M. C. Sameer noted that the brand delivers tailored guest services aligned with pilgrims’ faith, traditions, and specific travel needs.
Starting its journey from Guruvayur, Rae by Tamara aims to expand its chain to major pilgrimage destinations across the country, including Tirupati, Velankanni, Palani, and Tiruvannamalai. Senior Vice President of Operations Manoj Mathew announced that the brand has set a strategic goal to open over 25 hotels by the year 2030.
