The brand officially crossed the 350-touchpoint mark on October 30, 2026, with the inauguration of its landmark outlet in Imphal, marking the debut of the Škoda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) Group in Manipur. Over the past five years, the automaker’s network has expanded by nearly 85 percent, growing from 191 touchpoints in 2021 to over 350 today. Supported by 79 dealer partners, the footprint now encompasses 270 sales touchpoints and 203 aftersales facilities, with new outlets contributing over 25 percent of the brand’s total sales between January and October 2026.

In 2026 alone, Škoda expanded into 11 new markets—including Balasore, Baramati, Bathinda, Bikaner, Guna, Imphal, Jorhat, Kaithal, Khammam, Sri Ganganagar, and Vasai—establishing the widest geographical coverage among group brands in the Northeast. Alongside retail expansion, Škoda Auto India continues to elevate customer experience standards, with its Bangalore dealer partner recently ranking No. 1 for dealership customer experience in the nationwide CarPhD survey covering 18 automotive brands. Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, stated that reaching over 350 touchpoints across 193 cities reflects the brand’s unwavering commitment to bringing sales and aftersales services closer to customers across both metropolitan and Tier-II/Tier-III markets while deepening brand trust nationwide.
