ICL Fincorp to Launch Public Issue of Secured NCDs on April 10 Offering Up to 12.25% Yield

ICL Fincorp’s new NCD issue offering up to 12.25% yield opens on April 10, providing a secure and flexible investment opportunity for investors.

Kochi: The public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) by ICL Fincorp will open on April 10, announced Adv. K.G. Anilkumar, Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

The NCD issue offers an effective yield of up to 12.25%, making it an attractive and secure investment opportunity for those seeking flexible tenure options. Adv. Anilkumar stated that the company is pleased with the overwhelming response and investor confidence received in its previous NCD issues, which continues to motivate them to deliver enhanced financial services aligned with evolving customer needs.

The issue has received an ACUITÉ BBB/Stable rating and will remain open until April 24, 2026. Each NCD has a face value of ₹1,000. The issue offers 10 options with tenures of 13, 24, 36, 60, and 72 months, along with monthly, annual, and cumulative interest options. Interest rates range from 10.00% to 12.25%. With a minimum application amount of ₹10,000, the issue is accessible to a wide range of investors.

The funds raised through this issue will be strategically utilized to support ICL Fincorp’s growth initiatives and enhance the quality of services provided to customers and shareholders across India. The company has already expanded its presence across 12 states, including Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Gujarat, West Bengal, Goa, Delhi, and Rajasthan, and is progressing rapidly towards strengthening its nationwide presence.
