Kochi: Non-banking financial company UGS Gold Loan is expanding its operational footprint with a target of achieving a turnover of 1,200 crore. As part of its growth strategy, the company is increasing the number of branches in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, while also diversifying into insurance services in collaboration with leading insurance companies. The expansion includes life insurance, health insurance, and motor (vehicle) insurance segments.
The company has appointed popular film actors Trisha and Dhyan Sreenivasan as its brand ambassadors. Managing Director Ajith Palatt stated at a press conference in Kochi that Trisha’s association will support the company’s expansion at the national level, while Dhyan Sreenivasan will help strengthen its presence in Kerala.
A new branch at North Paravur will be inaugurated on August 8 at 4 PM by State Higher Education Minister Roji M. John. The event will also be attended by Muhammed Shiyas MLA and former MLA P.K. Sasi, among others. The Managing Director also stated that UGS Gold Loan will introduce attractive gold loan schemes for small traders and the general public at low interest rates with minimal documentation requirements.
