Thiruvananthapuram : Airtel’s AI-powered network security system has successfully identified 98.4 billion spam calls within two years of its launch. The system also detected 4.4 billion spam SMS messages and blocked over 1.62 million malicious links during this period. Introduced in 2024 as India’s first network-based AI solution to combat cyber threats, Airtel provides seamless, real-time protection against OTP fraud, phishing, and fake calls without requiring users to download additional apps. As cyber fraud escalates alongside India’s growing digital economy, Airtel’s automated solution plays a crucial role in safeguarding everyday digital transactions and consumer trust.
