Starting his career as an advocate in 1989, Adv. Xavier has also served as the Standing Counsel for various departments of the State Government and worked as a solicitor in England from 2007 to 2009.
Kochi: Senior lawyer at the Kerala High Court and former Bar Association Secretary Adv. Xavier Joolappan has been announced as the candidate for the Kochi Assembly constituency by Twenty20 Party President Sabu M. Jacob.
Over the years, he has taken on several professional and public roles. Alongside his legal practice that began in 1989, he has served as Standing Counsel for different State Government departments and spent two years working as a solicitor in England between 2007 and 2009.
He has also been active in community and social work, serving as General Secretary of the Global Malayali Federation, President of the Chellanam Agri and Tourism Development Society, President of the Chellanam Bus Passengers Association, and holding responsibilities in various social organisations under the Kochi Diocese.
With this background in law, public service, and community involvement, Adv. Xavier Joolappan is a familiar name among residents of the Kochi Assembly constituency.
